Khelaghor Jersey Terms & Conditions – Complete Terms of Membership

1 General Provisions

Khelaghor jersey (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform" or "we") operates an online gaming and Sports Betting service. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legal agreement between khelaghor jersey and its members.

By using khelaghor jersey's services, you confirm that you are voluntarily and fully accepting these terms. If you disagree with any term, please stop using the platform and contact our support team.

2 Account & Membership

You are required to provide accurate and truthful information when registering on khelaghor jersey. Any account created using false or incorrect details may be suspended or terminated at any time.

Each person may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent closure of all accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

The following conditions apply to membership:

• Must have a valid mobile number and national ID
• Multiple accounts from the same mobile number or device are not permitted
• Operating an account on behalf of or in the name of another person is not permitted
• Your password and login credentials must be kept strictly confidential

3 Betting Rules

Betting rules on khelaghor jersey apply equally to all members. Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled — however, bets that offer a "Cash Out" option may be settled early under specific conditions.

If a technical error occurs in the betting market or incorrect odds are published, khelaghor jersey reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the full stake to the member.

If a match or event is cancelled or abandoned for any reason, khelaghor jersey will refund the full stake to the member's account. However, if a match is suspended after it has been played to the halfway point, settlement will be handled in accordance with the applicable betting rules.

4 Financial Transactions

All financial transactions on khelaghor jersey must be made through legitimate payment methods. The same payment method must be used for both deposits and withdrawals — meaning funds will be returned to the same number or account used to make the deposit.

KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal. Withdrawal requests from unverified accounts will not be processed.

• Deposit: minimum ৳100, maximum ৳5,00,000 per day
• Withdrawal: Minimum ৳500, maximum ৳2,00,000 per day
• Additional verification may be required for suspicious transactions
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited

5 Bonus & Promo Terms

Every bonus and promo offer on khelaghor jersey comes with specific terms that must be read and understood before accepting. Claiming a bonus constitutes acceptance of its associated terms.

General bonus terms and conditions:

• Each bonus has its own individual turnover (wagering) requirement
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless explicitly stated otherwise

6 Prohibited Activities

• Attempting to manipulate the bonus system
• Opening an account using someone else's identity
• Using hacking tools, viruses, or malicious software
• Betting related to match-fixing or corruption
• Using automated scripts or bots
• Betting with funds from a third party
• Attempting to harass or defraud other members

If involvement in any of the above activities is proven, khelaghor jersey may permanently close the account and forfeit the associated balance without prior notice.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

Khelaghor jersey may temporarily or permanently suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• In the event of a breach of these Terms and Conditions
• If information submitted during KYC verification is found to be false or altered
• Upon detection of suspicious financial activity
• Under the direction of the regulatory authority
• If a member voluntarily requests self-exclusion

Where possible, khelaghor jersey will notify the member before any suspension and give them an opportunity to resolve the issue. However, immediate action may be taken in cases of serious violations.

8 Changes & Updates

Khelaghor jersey reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified at least 7 days in advance via email or SMS.

Continued use of the platform after any changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. If you disagree with any change, you may close your account at any time.
